The  Clarity Collective Partners provides legal education, preparation support, coaching, and emotional support services.  While one of the founders and coaches may be a licensed lawyer in the Province of Ontario, all services provided  through The Clarity Collective Partners are delivered strictly in a  non-legal capacity.

The information,  materials, guidance, templates, coaching sessions, discussions, and educational content provided by The Clarity Collective Partners are  for informational, educational, and coaching purposes only.

Nothing provided by The Clarity Collective Partners constitutes:

• Legal advice
• Legal representation
• Legal opinion
• Interpretation of law specific to your circumstances
• Advice on rights, remedies, obligations, or entitlements
• Direction on how to plead, argue, or advance a legal position
• Advice on settlement terms
• Advice on whether to accept or reject any offer

All information shared is general in nature. You are solely responsible for obtaining independent legal advice from a qualified lawyer retained to represent you or seek independent legal advice (ILA).

Engaging the services of The Clarity Collective Partners does not create:

• A solicitor–client relationship
• A lawyer–client relationship
• A fiduciary relationship
• A retainer agreement
• A duty of loyalty
• A duty of confidentiality as defined under the Rules of Professional Conduct
• Any professional legal obligations under the Law Society of Ontario

No solicitor–client privilege attaches to communications with The Clarity Collective Partners.

No legal file is opened.

No limitation periods are monitored.

No court deadlines are tracked on your behalf.

No legal responsibility for your matter.

If a coach or founder of The Clarity Collective Partners is a licensed lawyer in Ontario, that individual is not acting as your lawyer and is not providing services in their capacity as a lawyer.

Their professional designation does not convert coaching services into legal services.

At all times, the role performed is that of:

• Legal educator
• Preparation coach
• Consultant
• Emotional support professional

They are not:

• Your retained counsel
• Counsel of record
• Supervising lawyer
• Agent on your file
• Legal advocate
• Limited Liability counsel 

No fiduciary relationship is created between you and The Clarity Collective Partners.

You acknowledge that:

• No duty of undivided loyalty is owed
• No duty to prioritize your interests above all others exists
• No trust relationship is formed
• No professional legal standard of care applies

You are strongly encouraged to retain an independent licensed lawyer in Ontario to:

• Review any separation agreement
• Review court documents
• Provide advice regarding your legal rights and obligations
• Advise you regarding settlement terms
• Provide representation in court

Failure to obtain independent legal advice is done at your own risk.

The Clarity Collective Partners makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

• Court outcomes
• Judicial decisions
• Settlement results
• Child support or spousal support awards
• Parenting arrangements
• Litigation strategy success
• Enforcement outcomes
• Mediation/Arbitration outcomes

All legal proceedings involve risk and uncertainty.

By engaging services, you acknowledge that:

• You are self-represented unless you have retained your own lawyer
• You remain fully responsible for all legal decisions
• You are responsible for all legal research, drafting, filings and deadlines
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with court rules, practice directions and legistlations
• You understand that coaching is not a substitute for legal advice

While  The Clarity Collective Partners endeavors to treat client information  with discretion, communications are not protected by solicitor–client  privilege.

You acknowledge that communications may not receive the same legal protections as communications with retained counsel.

This  disclaimer and all services provided by The Clarity Collective Partners  shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the  applicable federal laws of Canada.

By  engaging services, booking a session, submitting payment, accessing  materials, or participating in coaching, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this disclaimer
• You acknowledge no solicitor–client relationship is formed
• You understand no legal advice is being provided
• You agree that you are solely responsible for your legal decisions

Our services are not intended to replace consultation, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician, psychologist, therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
